Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time for enabling the petitioner to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1089 of 2022 in Crime No.801 of 2021 by order dated 20/01/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAGESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1089 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 to comply the conditions before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1089 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 is extended till 29.03.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
