ORDER
The petitioner challenges the order passed in M.P.No.8 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.2 of 2017 dated 31.10.2017 passed by the Special Tribunal for Cooperative Cases cum Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
2. A Division Bench of this Court in the case of E.S.Sundara Mahalingam v. Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases reported in 2020 (1) CWC 417 has held that writ petitions are not maintainable against the orders of Co-operative Tribunals and that the only remedy is by way of a civil revision invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
3. That being the position, Registry is directed to convert this Writ Petition as Civil Revision petition.
4. Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, appearing for the petitioner shall file the amended grounds of revision within a period of two weeks from today. 01-12-2025 rap
