The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from fixing energy and demand quota to the petitioner vide letter dated 26.02.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent based on the Circular Memo dated 11.02.2011 issued by the 1st respondent without complying with the orders made by this Court in W.P.No.23166 of 2010 etc. batch dated 28.02.2011.

2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the prayer in the Writ Petition has already become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
