Complainants Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.323 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein viz. The Inspector of Police, Gudimangalam Police Station, Thiruppur District to the Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Thiruppur, Thiruppur District or to any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and to file a final report before competent Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime.No.323 of 2019, which is now pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Thiruppur, Thiruppur District or to any other competent Investigating Agency for proper investigation and to file a final report before the competent Court.

Heard Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

This Court find no merits to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent, the Inspector of Police, Gudimangalam Police Station, Thiruppur District, to the Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Thiruppur District. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the District Superintendent of Police of the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
