This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs seeking permission to bring on record the respondents 5 and 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd plaintiff and rank them as plaintiffs 5 and 6 in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs and the learned counsel for the respondents/defendants and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this application.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this application is allowed. Page No.1/3

5. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of the plaint before the Registry.

6.The learned counsel for the defendants submitted that he has already filed written statement, but, the same is not available in the case bundle. Hence, the Registry is directed to place the written statement before this Court, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 11.04.2022.
