The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.5830 of 2014 dated 26.02.2014, wherein this Court has directed respondents therein to

count 50% of the petitioner's part time service as Vocational Instructor between 3.7.1984 and 31.3.1990 for the purpose of calculating pension.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
