CRIME NO.58 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore every day at 10.30a.m. until further orders in order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.19815 of 2020 by the order dated 14.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRINCE PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.

KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19815 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19815 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate on all hearing dates without fail.
