Respondents PRAYER: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to settle the permissible terminal benefits to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 18.11.2014 fixing outer time limit and pass further orders. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by him on 18.11.2014.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner although admitted that he was dismissed from service on 27.12.2011, as he has put in 28 years of long service and has contributed towards General https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Provident Fund and Special Provident Fund, he is entitled to get back atleast his contribution, if not the employer's.

3. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that as the petitioner had been dismissed from service way back on 27.12.2011, he is not legally entitled to get any terminal benefits.

4. Be that as it may. When the petitioner has presented his representation, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider and dispose of his representation dated 18.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
