Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2015 and investigate and file the final report according to law and also forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with the petitioner's occupation of property situated at No.51E, Rajeev Gandhi Nagar 2nd Street, Korrukkupet, Chennai - 600 021.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2015 and investigate and file the final report according to law and also forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with the petitioner's occupation of property situated at No.51E, Rajeev Gandhi Nagar 2nd Street, Korrukkupet, Chennai - 600 021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner seeking a direction for registering the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2015. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
