This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.154 of 2014 as early as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent police would complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks.
