Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner having his property measuring an extent of 1 Acre 16 Cents comprised in Survey Nos.286/2A6, 286/2A12, 286/2A13A, 286/2A13B, 286/2A14B, 286/2B1, 286/2B2, 286/2B3 & 286/2B4 at Vengaivasal Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, so as to enable the petitioner to fence his agriculture land and carry out agriculture activities without any disturbances from the third respondent and to have free ingess and egress by the petitioner and to cultivate the land of the petitioner.
