ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 24.09.2020 in W.P.No.13278 of 2020 directed the respondent /Tahsildar to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Tahsildar, completed the enquiry, and passed an order in Na.Ka.No.1362/2020/A1, dated 22.10.2020 stating that there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and directed the parties to approach the Civil Court for getting suitable remedy. He has also produced a copy of the order before this Court.

3. Considering the fact that since, the respondent/Tahsildar has passed an order dated 22.10.2020 pursuant to the order passed by this Court, there is no willful default on the part of the respondent in complying with the order passed by this Court and hence, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
