This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1405 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.1405 of 2017, charge sheet was filed before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.3506 of 2018. After trial in C.C.No.3506 of 2018, the accused were acquitted by the trial Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
