The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, also by including the other co-sharer as a party in the Civil proceedings and seek for appropriate relief.
