Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in G.O (Ms) No.4, Social Welfare & Nutritious Meal Program Department dated 06.01.2011 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to select and appoint Noon Meal Organizer only from the panel sponsored by the petitioner school Management. This matter was earlier taken up for consideration on 12.12.2023 and again on 15.12.2023. On both the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner.
