ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2020 on the file of the respondent and subsequently direct the respondent to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No. 38 of 2020 and closure report was filed as 'Further Action Dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram. The same was also informed to the defacto complainant and the defacto complainant has also given a letter dated 25.02.2021, stating that he does not want to prosecute this case.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
