This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Saraswathy, against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
