(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Memos have been filed on behalf of the petitioners dated 06.03.2024 stating that the petitioners have removed all the machineries and articles and handed over vacant possession of the premises to Chennai Metro Rail Limited, on 04.03.2024.

2. Even though an allegation is made in the memos against the Tahsildar that the Tahsildar had removed about five lorry loads of furniture and wooden articles and has not returned the same to the petitioners, the said allegation is denied by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the revenue officials.

3. We are not taking note of the said allegation, as it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedial measures.

4. Recording the fact that the orders of this Court dated 12.02.2024 & 26.02.2024 in pursuance of the order dated 07.02.2024 had been complied Page No.1/3

with, this Court finds that no further direction is necessary in these miscellaneous petitions.
