O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents states that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6763 of 2010 dated 12.01.2012, has been complied with. In this regard, the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent has filed a counter affidavit and Paragraph No.7 of the Counter Affidavit is extracted here under as follows:- "7. I humbly submit, in the circumstances stated above this Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner for non-compliance of the orders passed in W.P.No.6367 of 2010 dated 12.01.2012 to consider the petitioner's last representation dated 10.03.2010 on merits and in accordance with the law and pass appropriate orders has been considered and appropriate orders has been issued by the 2nd respondent. The order copy was also served in person to the petitioner. But follow up action was not taken to pass order, was purely due to the administration reasons."

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
