The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 29.10.2025 received from the Court below, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.120 of 2021, by a further period of four months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur.
