The petition is filed to restore W.P.No.34446 of 2019 which was dismissed for default on 19.02.2024. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. The petition is accordingly allowed and W.P.No.34446 of 2019 is restored.
