proper.

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct survey in the subject property based on the online application submitted by the petitioner on 10.07.2023.

2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 17.09.2020. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta granted in his name in Patta No.1625. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property and hence an online application was submitted by the petitioner on 10.07.2023. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this court, there shall be a direction to the second and third respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 10.07.2023 and conduct the survey in the subject property in line with the title document and the patta standing in the name of the petitioner and this process shall be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claimants, the survey shall be conducted in their presence.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
