This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 358 days in filing the Review Application in the order dated 13.08.2021 passed in W.P.No.21623 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
