2. As requested by the learned I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, till 31.12.2021 time is granted to dispose of I.D.No.321 of 2010, pending on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai
3. The I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, is expected to decide the matter on a day-to-day basis witout adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.
