This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.15704 of 2020 in W.P.No.12706 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted a copy of the

proceedings dated 02.09.2021 of the Commissioner of Salem Corporation. The contents of the proceedings show that the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the same, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending any further. Therefore, this contempt petition stands closed.
