PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Colour Spa" at U.R.C.Lodge and Resorts" Preundurai & Post, Erode District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Colour Spa" at U.R.C.Lodge and Resorts" Preundurai & Post, Erode District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023. 2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is running a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Colour Spa" at U.R.C.Lodge and Resorts" Preundurai & Post, Erode District. He would further submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.02.2023 to the respondents seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not considered by the respondents. Hence the petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police has received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police. 5.Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
