Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.MATHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.

This Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.A.No.324 of 2017 dated 17.07.2017, subject to the condition that he should stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Subsequently, the said order was modified by this court in Crl.M.P.No.10150 of 2017 dated 11.08.2017, to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, Chennai, daily at 9.00 a.m. until further orders. Now, this petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10150 of 2017 dated 11.08.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father passed away and the petitioner alone has to look after his family and hence, it is difficult for him to stay at Chennai and report before the B1, North Beach Police Station, Chennai and he prayed to relax the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has not raised any objection to modify the condition.

5. Having regard to the difficulties expressed by the petitioner, I am inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.10150 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.324 of 2017 dated 11.08.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 9.00 a.m., until further orders.
