PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Neya Healing Centre" No.12-B, Abirami Nagar, Kalveeram Palayam, Vadavalli & Post, Coimbatore District - 641 046, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023. For Petitioner : Mr.Leonard Vasanth For Respondents : Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Neya Healing Centre" No.12-B, Abirami Nagar, Kalveeram Palayam, Vadavalli & Post, Coimbatore District - 641 046, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 is not received by the respondent police. If fresh representation is submitted, appropriate action would be taken.

3. In the light of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondent police. On such submission of fresh representation, the respondent police is directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
