2. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that no order is required in this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

4. However, the respondent is directed to issue notice under Section 41(A) to the petitioner herein.
