PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to allow the petitioner to participate in the certificate verification as per calling letter of the first respondent in Memorandum No.5928/OTD-H1/2012 dated 20.08.2015 for an appointment to the post of Assistant Agricultural Officer in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Subordinate Service, 2011-2012 (Register Page No.1 of 4
No.010002177) under the quota reserved for Scheduled Tribe Community without insisting upon the production of the community certificate and by accepting the sworn affidavit of the petitioner that he belongs to Kurichchan (ST) community.
