2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner has re-married and already got child.

3. I do not want to unsettle the settled issue. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as settled out of court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
