ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.1079 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2.It is seen that the dispute between the petitioners and the traffic constable and there are specific allegations to attract for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 353 and 506(ii) of IPC as against the petitioners. 3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Cr.No.1079 of 2018. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
