The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.12.2021 and file a FIR.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.12.2021, a case has been registered by the respondent-The Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, in Crime No.81 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
