This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the above STA.SR.No. 139215 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents, who has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and no objection expressed on the side of the contesting respondents, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
