Heard Mr. A.Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V.Sundareswaran, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the consignment, covered in Invoice No.3015297, dated 15.08.2015, B.E.No.2845989, dated 07.10.2015, CCN Type-H. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, after the show cause notice was issued on 18.04.2016, the petitioner submitted its reply on 04.05.2016, adjudication has been completed and the order is to be issued today. A perusal of the original records revealed that a draft order is ready.

4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to issue / serve order on the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
