(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J.) The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the cause title.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since Mr.K.R.O.Karuppiah, the Power of Attorney herein has passed away on 26.07.2019, this petition has been filed to amend the cause title. In support of his submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a death certificate issued on 02.11.2019 by the Commissioner, Tiruchirappalli City Corporation. 3.Heard Mr.John Zachariah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, M.A.Ansar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for R1, R2 & R4 and Mr.S.Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the third respondent.

4.A perusal of the above death certificate issued by the Commissioner, Tiruchirappalli City Corporation shows that Mr.K.R.O.Karuppiah, the Power of Attorney herein died on 26.07.2019. Therefore, we are inclined to accept the cause 1/2
