ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 15.12.2023 issued under Section 110 Cr.PC.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that already the name of the petitioner has been directed to be removed from the history sheet maintained in HS.No.460/2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent. The relevant communication dated 31.12.2023 was also placed before this Court. 3.In the light of the above development, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the summons under Section 110 of Cr.PC and accordingly, the same is hereby closed.
