The instant Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned circular in Na. Ka. No. 197/2019/A3, dated 28.01.2020, and sought for a Writ of Certiorari to quash the same.
2. Though such prayer was sough, the learned counsel for the petitioner now only seeking restricted prayer, to direct the respondents to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner. In view of such limited prayer, this Court need not go into the merits of the matter.
3. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks, on such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass 2/4
an appropriate order, in accordance with law, and on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
