2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, condition in para No.5(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31992 of 2024 dated 07.01.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
