Respondent This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.7596/2017 on the file of the XV Additional/Vacation Sessions Judge, Chennai and seeking direction to the Vacations Sessions Judge, Chennai to extend time to execute the sureties by two more weeks in Crl.M.P.No.6951 of 2017 vide its order dated 25.04.2017.

This petition is filed praying to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.7596/2017 on the file of the XV Additional/Vacation Sessions Judge, Chennai and to direct the Vacation Sessions Judge, Chennai to extend time to execute the sureties by two more weeks in Crl.M.P.No.6951 of 2017 vide, its order dated 25.04.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 03.04.2017 with a condition to execute a bail bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of V Metropolitan Magistrate on or before 17.04.2017. Further, he submitted that the petitioner is an Engineering student and she has to appear for Semester examination from 17.04.2017 to 26.04.2017 and her mother is suffering from age related ailment. So, she is not able to execute the sureties on time. Therefore, this petition may be allowed.

3.On the above submission, heard the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time is extended for a period of two weeks from today, to execute the sureties, as per the order of the Court below.

5.Accordingly, the criminal original petition is ordered.
