(CRIME NO.828/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners herein have to report before respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further order imposed in Crl.OP.No.21470 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021 by this Hon'ble court and pass such other or further order as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.ADITHYA CHANDRA MOULI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.21470 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
