This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the second appeal, challenging the Judgment and Decree passed by Sub Court, Mannargudi, dated 30.01.2019 made in A.S.No.14 of 2017, confirming the Judgment and Decree passed by District Munsif Court, Mannargudi, dated 09.12.2016 made in O.S.No.31 of 2005.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 118 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
