Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday without fail until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24579 of 2021 dated 07.01.2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.LAKSHMI NARAYANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday without fail until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24579 of 2021 dated 07.01.2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, hence the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent on every Monday and thereafter as and when required is totally relaxed.
