When this matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 15.10.2024, this court having taken note of the fact that the sole petitioner is no more, passed the following docket order:- "Though it was brought to the notice of this court as early as 23.07.2024 about the demise of the sole petitioner, no steps have been taken so far to bring on record the legal representative.
2. Hence, finally post the matter on 28.10.2024. If no application is filed by that date, this Court will be left with no other option except to close the matter as abated. " Inspite of the same, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. In the circumstances, this court is left with no other option except to close the writ petition as abated.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as abated leaving it open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application, in case, if they are so advised.
