The present Application has been filed to accept the English translation of the Will and Testament of deceased P.Masilamani dated 15.06.1999 in tamil language filed herewith in O.P.D.No.106341 of 2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1629 of 2025 in OP DR.No.106341 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
