This writ petition is filed for direction forbearing the respondents or their men or agents or any one claiming through them from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's right and possession of the land of the extent of 1923 sq.ft. with buildings in TS.No.407/9, Porur Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Door No.17, Vanniyar Street, Porur, without in any manner following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the process under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
2. Heard, Mr.P.Srinivas, the learned counsel for the petitioner, M/s.Tamil Selvi, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, and Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia, the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3. The second respondent filed memo stating that the subject mentioned land in the present writ petition is not required for the purpose of Chennai Metro Rail Project and suitable instructions regarding the same have been received from the Office of the second respondent.
4. Recording the said memo, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
