Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.10.2010 in W.P.No.20054 of 2005.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated 19.10.2010 passed in WP.No.20054 of 2005 has been disobeyed by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 5 produced a copy of the order in G.O.(2D) No.22 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 08.05.2014 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.10.2010 has been complied with. Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
