(ii)Recognize Mr.Chakravarty s/o. S.P. Chandrasekaran residing at No.158 Govindasamy Colony, 13th Ward, Kannagkurichi Village, Salem -8 as the agent of the petitioner to defend the case on behalf of the respondent in the above CRP(in CMP.No.598/2018)and (iii)Grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in OS No. 40/2014 on the file of the Learned I Additional Sub Court, Salem, (in CMP.No.8617/2016)respectively.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SIVA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the PETITIONER IN CMP.597 & 598/18 AND RESPONDENT IN CMP.8617/16 and of M/S.P.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the RESPONDENT IN CMP.597 & 598/18 & PETITIONER IN CMP.8617/16 the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the application to recognise the power agent to represent on behalf of the petitioner Principal in the Civil Revision Petitions.
The learned counsel for the respondent objected for the power of agent executed by the Principal.
Therefore the petitions are allowed subject to the objection raised by the respondent for the genuineness of the power executed by the principal.
It is open to the respondent to raise the above objection at the later stage.
