Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 4. Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider her representation dated 20.01.2020, wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of No Objection Certificate from the Tamilnadu Housing Board so as to enable her to get approval from the Director of Town and Country Planning, Coimbatore, for developing the subject matter property.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application is not considered so far.
4. Learned counsel for the Tamilnadu Housing Board submitted that the said request of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 20.01.2020, seeking for issuance of No Objection Certificate and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
