The petitioners herein, who are the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent R.Mohanraja, have filed this miscellaneous petition to substitute them as respondents in W.P.1445 of 2015.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
